According to the results and considering fuzzy calculations related capabilities of cloud computing in developing electronic communications services, most important criteria "IT management steel industries" cluster having (A) network code was "communicating with industries` costumers" (AB) weight equal 0.096; "cloud capabilities" (B) were "reducing costs" (BA) 0.191; "providing rapid services (BB) 0.120. on other hand, "developing services" (C) "storing data (CD) 0.123, since based logic calculation, they had highest rank Matlab programming environment regarding services.
